Kölsch - Kölsch is a light, crisp, clean and fresh golden German beer brewed in the finest traditions of German Brewmasters.  Our Kölsch is unfiltered with natural brewers yeast, which makes this beer very tasty and refreshing.

Maerzen - It means "March" in German.  Monks used to call it "Das Fluessige Brot," or "Liquid Bread."  Maerzen is a unique, fresh, and partially filtered dark brown, Bavarian lager that has a malty “bread taste” flavor.  It is well balanced with a fresh hop finish.

Strawberry Ale - It's a regional hit, in demand and available year-round.

Maibock - This is specially brewed for “May Day”.  In Germany, May 1st is Labor Day, but in Bavaria, this day is more important as it celebrates “Maibaum,” the start of the summer season.  Ask Henryk about this when you see him!  Maibock is a golden, fresh tasting bock beer.  Henryk won the “Gold Medal” with this beer style in the beer world championships! (May to June)

Hefe-Weisse - Our Hefe is Henryk’s favorite summertime beer and the subject of Henryk’s “Thesis” back in his old “Brew Master” College days.  Today, Hefe Weisse is one of the fastest growing beers in Germany. This fresh beer has a golden color, a banana and clove taste, unfiltered, with natural brewers yeast which makes this beer very refreshing on a hot summer day. (June to August)

Festbier Oktoberfest - Brewed traditionally in Munich for the annual Oktoberfest, this brew is a Bavarian style beer made to celebrate the fall harvest.  Oktoberfestbier is a fresh dark golden beer, similar to the Mardi Gras Festbier, and has a light malty finish. (September to November)
